Conceived as a self-guided 'lock down' ride this route takes in many iconic locations around the capital.  Notes are not provided - there are too many - but many points of interest are marked on the route.

It starts and ends at Russell Square, and there are plenty of opportunities along the way for refreshments and comfort breaks.
